    Investigation and Analysis of Emergency Department Construction in County-Level Hospitals in Sichuan Province

    Abstract：ObectiveTvestigateeosctioofegeceparntioutlevelspiaicnrovceMetdotalf 125hospitalstatfrstjindteoutylevelegencyeageiSichanrovincewereseetedstesurveyectsTeuestioieas conductedthoughthecomatioofetwkandleterinteviesTequestioaireasbasedoebaselindataofeprovicendthesuey periodwasfroJarytJun.siciatiooftspialtasicsetiofeegcdeparmtndssoel compoitiodldde nusefiaaa majority of lt;1000km² (28.00 % )and 1000-5000km² (31.20 % ).The population spans from 5.4 to 1.67 million.In terms of emergency business，the number of beds in the emergency room was small (1-3 beds accounted for 81.60% )，andmost hospitals did not haveinpatientbeds (71.20 % )and EICU beds( 86.40% ).The annual number of visitswas concentrated in100o-40o0 person-times( 65.60% ).Hospitals with independent operation of emergency department 90.40% )were more than those with pre-examination and triage( 60.80% ) ......
