4R危机理论的护理对ICU重症肺炎患者睡眠质量及肺功能的影响

    Abstract：ObjetieTalythtofRisisteoursigoseualitndpulmoaryfutoinpatintsitheveepn ICU.MethodsAotalofpatientswithseverepeumoiaaditedtoCUofXifengoutyeople'sHospitalfromJuarytoJune wereselectedsthachetsAcodingtotendomumberablemetodteyeredividedintocontrolgoupnddygopith3 patientsnecoloaitseoutieetodtisisi studygroupicil sepitoaallaads inonsecond(FEV)italaciC)EVeoaedeoosulsotalisfactoatei study group 96.67% )washigher than that in the control group( 73.33% )( Plt; 0.05).Compared with the control group，the scores and total scores of eachdimensioofslpqualityterusinginthdyouperelowendteoresofachmensionofualityofifeeeer( Plt; 0.05). Compared withthecontrol group，thelevelsofFEV，FVCandFEV/FVCinthestudygroupafternursing werehigher( Plt;0.05 .Conclusion 4R crisistheoryusigioethalitydlgfctoofatitsitveepeoaiUpoetealitfifedt patient's nursing satisfaction is high，which is worthy of clinical application.
