    Abstract：Oeisaoetreigttendiosot tabletsndenosisodsightaitsdagosdideosisatajortspitalfroJarytnld and allocated via random number table method into a control group (n=4O)and a study group n=40 ).The control group was treated with drospirenone ethinylestradibesallndoadioelesaess groupel (E2)vasculardotelialowthctorVGtesndstruatio(doerialicsteimee menstrualvolume)，andincidenceofadversereactions(eadache，nauseaandvomiting，menstrualdisorder)werecomparedbetweentheto groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group( 95.00% )washigher than thatin the control group( 72.50% )，and the differencewasstatistically significant( Plt;0.05 ).Theovarianfunctionindexes(AMH，FSH，LH，E2)of thetwogroupsafter treatmentwerelowerthan thosebefoetddeEf lower，the differencewas statistically significant( Plt;0.05) .ThelevelofVEGFin the two groupsafter treatment waslower than thatbefore treatment， andcomparedwitotroloutevelofVGFintdyotertreamnteeiencasatistalyant Plt; 0.05).Thedoealstmordsaloeofoueataoe beforetreatmtpadiootdoeraleseods group were lowerafter treatment ......
