    Abstract：ObjectiveTostudythelnicalfectofSangqinZhikeecoctioncombinedwithmodifedDingchuandecoctioninthetratentf chronicobstructiepumoarydiseasenditseectonlungfunctioMethodsAotalof8patientswithchoicstructiepulmoadiseae diagnosedandtreatediHanyinCountyHospitalofTraditioalCineseedicifroay2toMay4wereselectedasthseachocts. Byusingtherdombertableethodatientserediidedintoontrolgoupndtdyoup39atientseroup.Thotroloupas treatedwithcoventioalestemedicineTudygouastreatedwithSaninZikedcocio+odfedDngandcoctiootsisf thecontrolgroupThngctioecaltreamnttsdroeoespiatorucioindedindeedee reactionswerecoparedbetweenthetwogrous.ResultsComparedwiththecontrolgoup，FVCEVandFEVFVwerehigherieudy group after treatment( P_Φ lt;0.05). Compared with 84.62% of the total effective rate of the control group，the total effective rate of the study group was higher，reaching97.44%( P 2 was higher and PaCO was lower in the study group after treatment( Plt; 0.05).There wasno significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group (5.13 % )and the control group (7.69 % )( Pgt;0.05) .ConclusionSangqinZhikedecoctioncombinedwithmodifiedDingchuandecoctionisefectiveinthetreatmentofchronic obstructiveuoseerosaodoctiondillotesc Key words：Sangqin Zhikedecoction; Dingchuan decoction; Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;Pulmonary function ......
