    Abstract：ObjectiveToomparetelinicalfcacyofispeidoetabletsndquetiapinefumaratetabletsitetreatmentoffrspisode schizophendeslousodoerabldisi schizophreniaadmitedtotepsycatricdepartentofourospitalfromJulytoJuly24weredividedintoontrolgoupndexptal group，Opatitsoupeoopsteateditaletapifuaratetabletsndepealpastreatdial rispedo visualleangli mentalsyptos)ndholocalauseeompadtnttoossultsThtotaltieatefreaetiptal group (96.00 % )washigher than that in the control group (74.00 % ) Plt; 0.05).Compared with the control group，the scores of symbol coding，semantic fluency，verbal memory，visual memoryand maze test were higher intheexperimental groupafter treatment( Plt;0.05 )，and the scores of negative symptoms，positive symptoms，general mental symptomsand HAMD scores were lower( P lt;0.05).Conclusion Compared with quetiapine fumarate tabletsspeebsoitiil psychological state of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
