    Abstract：Obedaliloeprliaofsiise patientswithgastrisdgasticuerdiagosdndtreatediourospitalfroJauary2topril24eredividedtotrolgoud observationgopdobbleditschoueooloastraedielendto groupwastradioilsisfoootalteaal hormonelevelinflammatoryfctorlevelandincdenceofdersereactionsreomparedbetwenthetogroups.Resultsoaredith 80.00% (204 ofthetotaleffectiverateof thecontrol group，thetotaleffctiverateoftheobservationgroupwas higher，reaching 93.33% ( Plt;0.05) .Compared with thecotrolotiddo tumor necrosis factor -α (TNF -α )and interleukin-6(IL-6)were lower，and motilin (MTL)was higher after treatment( P lt;0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(6.67 % )and the control group( 10.00% )( Pγ gt;0.05). ConclusionAmoillobdwiepraleoiaetfsriisplaeditstrceic thedisappealetlouecodt increase the incidence of adversereactions.Itisan effective and safe combined treatment. ......
