    Abstract：OjetiTvestgatetentiatiodifueingfctosofioaiesefusingifoationbiop threehospitalinXian.MethdsTeconveniencesamplingmethodwasusedtoselectnursesfromatertiaryhospitalinXianfromMarchto December202astseachectAotalf6ssreiestigatedyraliforatioustioirsesfotioiit evaluationscaleursesoganzatioaliovationamosphresaleandursingifomationsysteusebhaviorsaletoanalyzetelevelf inovativeusebaviorofusesursingifoatiosstenditsuencingfactosesultsThtotalsoeofurssusehaviorofusin informationsystem was(26.14O±4.837)scores，the total score of nurses'information ability was(82.258 ± 13.954)scores，and the total scoreof nurses\" organatioalsoflalsodat usingifol main factors affecting the innovative use behavior of nurses‘nursing information system( Plt;0.05 )，which explained 30.8O% of the total variation. Concusionoviiofsifoaiiniialofliisodt the upper middle level，but the exploratory use behavior needs to be further improved.
