    Abstract：Obecialalacofoesledspinreamntfoarartsaly 78coronaryheartdiseasepatientshoeredagosdndtreatedatourhospitalfoMay23andMay24asdysubectsUsingtheado numbertablemethod，patientsweredividedintoacontrolgroup(n=39)receivingaspirinmonotherapyandanobservationgroup( n=. 39)receiving clopidogestebdialcostrectidt (CO)trokdo) activatedri fcardiovsdlirredd groups.Results Compared with the total effective rate of the control group( 87.18% )，the total effective rate of the observation group (94.87 % )was higher(O.O5)mpdifoeatteVEFfoouseetreatdaedirol group，the LVEF，CO and SV of the observation group were higher( P lt;0.05).Compared with before treatment，FIB decreased and APTT and PT increasedfterreaetittoosdoaeditheotloupendAdereigerieao group( Plt; 0.05).Compared with the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group (7.69 % )，the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (5.13 % )waslower，but thedifferencewasnotstatisticallysignificant( Pgt; 0.05).Compared with the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the control group( 12.82% ) ......
