    非医嘱离院(discharge againstmedical advice)是指患者在接受医疗救治的过程中，由于患者或家属的个人原因，不遵从医生的医疗建议，在诊疗过程尚未结束时选择提前终止治疗、放弃治疗自行离院的一种出院方式。在全球范围内，非医嘱离院已成为一个普遍存在的医疗问题。有研究表明[，在全球不同的地区和人群中，非医嘱离院的发生率波动较大，从 0.002% 到 43% 不等，发展中国家的非医嘱离院率高于发达国家。多项研究表明[2-4]，非医嘱离院患者的再入院率、并发症发生率、死亡率和医疗费用均显著增加 ......
