    Abstract：ObjectiveToanalyzetheclinicalefcacyofmodifiedZhigancaodecoctionombinedwithivaroxabaninthetreatmentofrebal infretodilooalafsead fibilltindaoddedioursialfrouaruareeseseacetsUsingthdobr tableethodoladtolodostiofol rivaroxaban，lidoddcalacl score，activityofdailliving(ADL)oagulationfunctionindexandomplicatonateereomparedbeteetetoroupsResultse observation group (94.12 % ) had higher the total effective rate of treatment than that in the control group (79.41 % )(Plt;0.05). The NIHSS score was significantlylowerthantatbaselievalusinothgrousndthebservationgroupadlowerSscorethantatintecotrolgou Plt;0.05) Similarlyostlaeiodeoodoat group(PO.5).eg(F)otoiiPnctiaedartialtbplastiPioose those before treatment，and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( Plt; 0.05).The incidence of complicationsin the observation group was 8.82% ，which waslower than 20.59 % in the control group ( Plt;0.05 ).Conclusion Modified Zhigancao decoction combined with rivaroxabniireofealrdralilotai reduceeuroloaieiliooaou complications.It is a feasible and effective treatment plan. ......
