    Abstract：OectieTaaleteectofoleouseigualityursigonatintsithosthepatiticrsisomplicatedihaie gastrointestialmoeMetdsAotaloftitsitostatisompaediasistrotestale admitedtoTanjicodeoplesHospitalfroovember2toOctoberreseleedstereseachetsndeyerdiidedto controgroup(Opatints)andstdyopOpatints)acodingtoteandomumbertableetd.Tecotdopasgivenroutiesing andthestudyoileoueialitisitoloalaualitfifvialitcl functioneotalcilaloalalalaaidsiic groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of nursing effect in the study group (96.67 % )was higher than that in the control group (73.33 % )(P0.05).AfternursingtheASscoreandSDsoreofthestudygoupwerelowerthantoseofthecontrolgroupandthSF-36scores were higher than those of the control group( Plt;0.05) .The nursing satisfaction of the study group (98.33 % )was higher than that of the control group (75.00%)(Plt;0.05) .ConclusionWholecoursehighqualitynursingiseffectiveinpatientswithpost-hepatitiscirrosiscomplicatedwithmassive gastrointestialhmorhage，whichcanallviatetheiradversepsychologicalstatusandimproveursingsatisfactionandqualityoflife. ......
