    Abstract：OjetiTbsetealcatioetoflistursingsdoursingprocdurecomdihostueangitee severepneumoniaandtoexploreitsectonsputumecretionndomfortofpatientsMetosTotall4patientswiteveea diagnosedandtreatedinourospitalfoDecember2toDeceer3ereseleedastheesearhectsByusigadomberable patientswererandomlydividedintotwogroupsaotrolgroup(n=37)receivingroutieursingandanobservationgroup(n=3ceiinga combinednteretiofistsisedsocureosuregteefoprotal symptoms，lungfunctioindexexpectoratiofciencyandincidenceofomplicatiosereomparedbetwnthetwogoupsesultsAer interventiontosodoflaldioltosa controlgroupO5)eisodrtesofooungloalto control group ( Pe O.05).Aftertheintervention，othgoupsshowedhighervaluesofforcedexpiratoryvolumeinonesecond(EV)andpeakeiatory flow(PEF)，and the above indexes in observation group were higher compared to the control group( Plt;0.05 ).The observation group had higher the total effective rate of sputum excretion(9 %.30% )versus the control group 83.78% )(P
