    Abstract：OetieTploreetfspsibiltdwifeysigoratoedospaecoe deliverywomenMetodsFromJanuary2OtoSeptemberO2，8OcasesofpainlessdeliverywomenadmitedtoYushanCountyMatealand ChildHealhHospitalereselectedsteeseachobectsndtheyeredividedintocotroloupndsudygopccodingtoeado numbertablemethod，with4Ocasesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinenursing，andthestudygroupwasgivenonetoone responsibilitydwifesingdecfatealndtdelietosfetalstreatalsi moagealiloosoca involutiontitdalil thetwogroups.esultsTheincidenceofadvesematealandinfantdeliveryoutcoesinthudygoupalowertantatinteotolgoup ( Plt; 0.05).After nursing，theSAS scoreand SDS scoreof the study group were lower than those of thecontrol group( Plt;0.05) .The disappearance time oflochiatheotfatifeoltdtifigtfdidoaol group( P? lt;0.05).The sleep quality of the study group was higher than that of the control group( Plt;0.05 ).Conclusion One-to-one responsibility midwiferyursigapoeteregacyuoedotioalateofarurtsithilsselierydupostaroed improve the sleep quality of parturients ......
