    Abstract：ObjectiveTudyteplatiotofdeotrolmetodintingmanagntofnicaleusableistrumtse hospitalareaMethosFroebruaryooveberthntraleilplydeparentofospitaleaofurospialreeivd reuseditemscoletedinatchsfrom3ardsnd3linicaldeparmentsUsingthestageimplementationgroupingmetodthotaated instrumentsetsinthebatchrecoverysystemofeachdepartmentfromFebruarytoJune2O23wereusedasthecontrolgroupthecontaminated instruentsetsinthebatchrecoverysystemofariousdeparmentfromJulytoNovember23wereusedastheobservationgroup.Theotrol groupadoptedteoetioaloddeeatiogroudoptedeeotolodestructurprosesulaitao indexwasusedtoaltproblelnsinthatcheigroessofeusedsthohtieoeuctureaa，ndol recyclingmaageetasedyotolingtodsesultsentraardateeyinguseadadaty andqualityotrolspetoocdecateofusablestacabilititseatioogertantoorol group，and the differences were statistically significant( P lt;0.05).Conclusion The node control method can improve the quality of recycling managementinthecentralsterilesupplydepartmentandefectivelyimprovetheworkeficiencywhichisworthyofapplication.
