    Application Effect of Good Communication Skills and Health Education in the Nursing Work of Patients with Bacterial Vaginitis in Gynecological Outpatient Department

    Abstract：ObeiveTexploreteappicatiofetofgoodcomunicaiskillandealhucatioinheursingokfpatintswih bacterialvagiitincolcallicosroJatcb8atitsiactealisilical outpatientdeparmentofyiCuntyatealadCildealthIstiuteereseletedseseahectsAcodngtoeadoer tablemethod，teyeidedtooooddyouiatitschop.ooreatediutisi intervention，andeudyroaratdwitodoicatiosilndaltucatioeasteyofiseaseowdge(sto pathogeesisositoaldeiete knowledge，eaeilicidviaile anddietompliancewrecomparedetweenthetwogroups.ResultsTemasteryofdiseaseknowedgeinthesudygoupashigherthaatn the control group( Plt;0.05) .Thescoresofself-careabilityinthetwogroupsafternursingwerehigherthanthosebeforenursing，andthescoresof self-careabilityin the study groupwerehigher than those of the control group( Plt;0.05 .Thenursingsatisfaction of the study group was 96.55% which was higher than 68.97 % of the control group ( Plt; 0.05).The nursing compliance of the study groupwas higher than that of the control group ( Plt; 0.05).CoclusioThlicatioofodomcatiosilndaltucatioeusingorkofatitsitactealiin gynecologicalpatticroeeilfsessteyasod improve nursing satisfaction and compliance. ......
