    Abstract：OjectieTalytpacticaldvaluefalyingedicaldmanagntfoatiostataualitooln hospitaedicalecodaagetMetdsAtotalofedicalcodsfroJnetoJuneiteparmentofOtoolaolo ofatopthreespialwereseletedforseachOshargdmedicalcodsfroJunetoDeeer3ereusedasteoopand 100dischargedmedicalrecodsfromJanuarytJune24usinginfoationsstetomaagndotrolthualityofmedicalrecodsreusd astheobservationgoup.ThoateofedicalecodsndtequalitofedicalrecodserecomparedbeteetetogoupsesultsThe erorateofmedicalcoditiginebseatiooupftealitontroloftedicalecodaageetstaslwertaate control group，and the quality of medical record writing was higher than that in the control group( _Plt;0.05) .Conclusion The use of medical record managementifoatofoalitotolospialaldaagtdetfddaa effectively improve the quality of medical record management.
