    Abstract：ObjectiveToaalyethefetofdyamicouthoeningositiocombinedwitatiotoditedagosisoftlantoaialjit istablitydbesotalfspdalsabilitdbaod People'sHospitalfroNoveer1toDceber3wereseletedstestdybectsAllpatintserediagosedbyyamcouthing positioncombinedwithatiometodTegoldstandardasteresultofMCTiageTheatiofatlantoaxialjointspaceandthehangeofspace afteractitywereanalyzed.Thesensitivityspecifityndauracyofnamicouthopeningatiomethodndombinedexamiatiowere observedtoevaatetuacfagosisesultshaalityfitsstifcoseeodl suspectedslii mouthopeningpositioncombinedwithratiomethodwerehigherthanthatofdynamicmouthopeningpostionandratiomethodalonandthe differencewas statistically significant( Plt;0.05 ).Conclusion Dynamic mouth opening position combined with ratio method can diagnose atlantoaxial jointinstabilityandsubluxationcomprehensivelyandaccurately ......
