【摘要】目的：分析现代色谱及联用技术在分析抗生素药品杂质中的应用效果。方法 使用高相液相色谱—四级杆飞行时间质谱联用法检测羧苄西林钠原料药，分析羧苄西林钠的杂质成分。结果：共分析出10个杂质，3个为聚合物杂质，分别为二聚体1个、三聚体1个和6—氨基青霉烷酸与羧苄西林开环物的聚合物1个。结论：高相液相色谱—四级杆飞行时间质谱联用法分析羧苄西林钠原料药进行定性分析的效果好，可检出更多类型的杂质，检测结果可为控制羧苄西林钠高分子聚合物杂质含量提供参考。
