【摘要】目的：研究急诊和重症监护病房(ICU)中病患护理的实际状况。方法：对514例急诊ICU 中监护病患的临床管理进行系统的研究。结果；514例急诊ICU监护病患在护士的认真关注和细心管理的过程中，家属大多数都比较满意。结论：因此，加强急诊ICU监护患者的护理管理，是处理病患在院期间护理问题和矛盾的主要途径，需要进一步的推进。
