【摘要】目的：探讨时效性激励联合吞咽摄食训练在脑胶质瘤术后吞咽功能障碍患者中的应用方法及效果。方法：选取2020年1月1日～2022年12月31日126例脑胶质瘤术后吞咽功能障碍患者，随机分为对照组和研究组各63例，对照组行常规吞咽摄食训练，研究组行时效性激励联合吞咽摄食训练；比较两组术后次日及术后1个月一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)评分。结果：术后1个月，两组GSES评分高于术后次日(P<0.05)，且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)；术后1个月，两组SSA评分低于术后次日(P<0.05)，且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：时效性激励联合吞咽摄食训练可有效提升脑胶质瘤术后吞咽功能障碍患者的自我效能，提升吞咽及摄食能力。
