    【摘 要】目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声波的作用，以及对妊高症胎儿各个状况的诊断价值。方法：在我院2020年2月至2021年2月期间选择100例妊高症胎儿宫内窘迫的孕产妇进行研究探讨，将其中50例设为对照组，采用普通彩色超声波进行孕产检查；另外50例为观察组，采用彩色多普勒超声进行诊断。通过对胎儿心率快慢、脐带绕颈、妊高症胎儿窘迫等进行诊断，在两组的对比当中探究彩色多普勒超声的应用价值。结果：在实验探讨中发现观察组对各项指标的诊断正确率高于对照组，其中胎儿宫内窘迫诊断符合率高达96%，心率、绕颈诊断符合率更是达到100%。结论：从诊断符合率来看彩色多普勒超声波应用非常值得推广，可以对孕产妇的临床相关诊断提供更准确的依据，为孕产妇检查、生产、产后诊断提供良好帮助。
