    【摘 要】目的：阐述止带方联合甲硝唑阴道凝胶治疗湿热下注型带下过多的临床效果。方法：选取2019年1月至2020年12月期间我院收治的患者100例，根据不同的治疗方法将其分为对照组和研究组，每组各50例。其中对照组进行传统治疗方法而研究组进行止带方联合甲硝唑阴道凝胶治疗，以此来观察不同方法的治疗效果。结果：研究组患者的中医证候积分和生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。在治疗前两组患者的PANAS评分无差异性(P>0.05)，而治疗后的PANAS评分，研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：当对患者进行止带方联合甲硝唑阴道凝胶治疗时，从减少患者的治疗费用，提升治疗效果等多维度进行分析，联合治疗的方法能够使患者获得更大的益处。从节约资源方面，提升治疗效果的角度分析，此方案具有较强的实用性。
