    【摘 要】目的：分析对实施子宫腺肌症全子宫切除的患者采取围术期护理的应用效果。方法：随机抽取2018年1月至2019年3月期间在我院接受全子宫切除术治疗的子宫腺肌症患者90例作为研究对象，并以抽签的办法对其进行分组，采取常规护理的为对照组(n=45)，采取围术期护理的为研究组(n=45)，比较两组患者围术期相关指标以及对护理的满意度。结果：研究组患者术中出血量明显低于对照组，术后发热时间、首次排气时间、下床活动时间以及住院时间均比对照组要短(P<0.05)。结论：对实施全子宫切除的子宫腺肌症患者实施围术期护理可以保障手术顺利实施并促进患者术后快速康复，值得推广。
