    【摘 要】目的：探讨妊娠合并糖尿病患者应用针对性护理干预后对血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响。方法：将2021年1月至6月作为研究时段，将研究时段内收治的妊娠合并糖尿病患者100例作为研究对象，将随机数字表法作为分组原则，将研究对象分为对照组、实验组，每组50例。常规护理应用于对照组中，针对性护理干预应用于实验组中，分析两组血糖水平、妊娠结局。结果：血糖水平相较于对照组，实验组较优(P<0.05)；妊娠不良结局发生率与对照组相比，实验组较低(P<0.05)。结论：给予妊娠合并糖尿病患者实施针对性护理干预，能有效控制血糖水平、降低妊娠不良结局发生率，值得临床推广应用。
