    【摘 要】目的：分析在护理不良事件管理环节中应用质量持续改进模式所取得的临床价值。方法：从医院护理部收治的患者中选取80例并随机分为两组，对照组采用常规管理模式，研究组采用质量持续改进模式，对比两组护理工作情况。结果：研究组护理质量高于对照组，研究组护患沟通情况优于对照组，研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组，研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在护理不良事件管理环节中，为了进一步实现对于护理不良事件的合理应对，医护人员应积极做好对于质量持续改进工作模式的合理推广。

    Role of continuous quality improvement in nursing adverse event management and analysis of adverse event incidence

    【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical value of applying quality continuous improvement model in nursing adverse event management. Methods： 80 patients were selected from the nursing department of the hospital and randomly divided into two groups. The control group adopted the routine management mode and the study group adopted the quality continuous improvement mode to compare the nursing work of the two groups.
