    【摘 要】目的：研究在手术室老年患者护理中实施优质护理模式的价值。方法：于我院接受手术治疗的老年患者中遴选符合研究标准的1000例患者，应用随机数字表法分组，参照组给予常规护理，试验组给予优质护理模式。结果：试验组护理满意度是99.00%，明显较参照组的96.60%高(P<0.05)；试验组与参照组间的护理质量均存在显著差异，试验组明显高于参照组相应指标(P<0.05)；试验组依从率为95.00%，高于参照组的83.00%(P<0.05)。结论：在手术室老年患者护理中实施优质护理模式具有理想的效果，存在临床应用价值。
