    【摘 要】目的：探究在风湿免疫性疾病患者使用激素期间开展个体化护理的作用效果。方法：选风湿免疫性疾病患者76例(2019年1月至2020年12月)，按照随机分配法，分成对照组(常规护理)和观察组(个性化护理)，各38例。对比、分析两组作用效果。结果：观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，护理质量评分、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在风湿免疫性疾病患者使用激素期间，实施个性化护理，效果显著，推荐使用。
