    【摘 要】目的：分析研究優质护理应用在腰椎间盘突出症护理中对不良反应发生率的影响。方法：研究对象选取本院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例，研究时段选取范围2019年1月至2021年5月，遵循随机原则进行分组，对照组50例，观察组50例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上加用优质护理，以两组患者的护理满意度、不良反应发生率、生活质量为观察指标，之后统计比较观察结果。结果：分析护理满意度，和对照组患者的护理满意度(82.00%)相比，观察组患者的护理满意度(98.00%)更高(P<0.05)。分析不良反应发生率，和对照组患者的不良反应发生率(18.00%)相比，观察组患者的不良反应发生率(2.00%)更低(P<0.05)。在生活质量方面，观察组评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论：实施优质护理方法，对腰椎间盘突出症患者具有降低不良反应发生率、提高生活质量的效果，且患者对护理服务的满意度较高，很大程度上提高了护理水平，在临床中值得应用和推广。
