    【摘 要】目的：探讨快速康复护理模式实施宫颈癌手术护理中的应用对患者疼痛的改善。方法：以我院2019年8月至2021年2月期间收治的68例宫颈癌手术患者为研究对象，分为两组各34人。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上，实施快速康复护理。对比两组患者术后1d、3d、5d的VAS疼痛评分，以及下床活动时间、胃肠功能恢复时间和住院时间三项康复指标。结果：观察组在手术1d、3d、5d后疼痛评分均低于对照组；观察组三项康复指标数据均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：快速康复护理模式应用于宫颈癌的手术护理中，能够显著改善患者的疼痛程度，提高镇痛效果，缩短患者康复时间。
