    【摘 要】目的：手外伤门诊换药的护理体会 。方法：本次研究选取本院2019年1月至2020年1月所收入手外伤门诊患者164例，按照电脑随机法将其分为了对照组和實验组两组，对照组接受常规护理、实验组接受综合化护理，对比护理效果。结果：对比感染发生率：实验组感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；对比临床不良反应发生：实验组临床不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)，临床指标对比有统计学研究价值。结论：将综合化护理运用到门诊手外伤护理中价值显著，护理后患者感染率低，不良反应少，可推广。

    Nursing experience of dressing change in hand trauma clinic

    【Abstract】Objective： To explore the nursing experience of dressing change in hand trauma clinic. Methods： 164 outpatients with hand trauma in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected in this study. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the computer random method. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing. The nursing effects were compared. Results： The incidence of infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)； Comparison of clinical adverse reactions： the incidence of clinical adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).
