    【摘 要】基层医疗卫生检验工作的发展状况，在很大程度上关系到基层人民群众身体健康和生活质量。突发公共卫生事件背景下基层医疗卫生检验方式需要结合应急需求，统一规划并实施动态管理。本文首先概述了突发公共卫生事件与卫生检验的含义，探讨了突发公共卫生事件背景下基层医疗卫生检验工作存在的问题，论述了如何建立突发公共卫生事件背景下基层医疗卫生检验工作体系，并提出了相关配套措施：规范检验仪器的使用与样本采集、不断优化各类卫生检验结构、完善卫生检验人员对口支援基层制度。
