    【摘 要】临床输血当前得到了广泛应用，但是也存在诸多不安全因素。输血疗法既挽救了患者生命，也同时传播了疾病，给人类的健康带来威胁，其中以病原体感染性风险尤为重要。本文首先概述了当前临床上面临的输血风险，然后从宏观与微观层次探讨了临床输血风险的安全防范对策，从而确保临床输血的安全性与有效性。
