    【摘 要】目的：分析在消毒供应中心外来器械管理工作中应用PDCA管理模式的效果。方法：应用PDCA管理模式前的患者作为对照组，应用PDCA管理模式后的患者作为研究组，对比管理效果。结果：研究组消毒供应中心日常工作水平高于对照组；研究组消毒合格率高于对照组；研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)表示数据有差异。结论：通过PDCA管理模式的应用，有利于实现外来器械管理综合质量的合理提升，对于患者医疗工作质量的优化具有良好的促进意义。

    The influence of PDCA management mode on the management of external instruments in disinfection supply center

    【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of PDCA management mode in the management of external instruments in disinfection supply center. Methods：Those before PDCA management mode were used as the control group and those after PDCA management mode were used as the study group. Compare the management effect. Results：The daily work level of the disinfection supply center in the study group was higher than that in the control group. The qualified rate of disinfection in the study group was higher than that in the control group. The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).
