    【摘 要】目的：探讨微型腹腔镜在小儿疝气治疗中的应用效果，以此为基层医疗服务提供临床参考。方法：利用临床资源优势，以2020年2月至2021年4月我院收治并确诊为小儿疝气的96例患儿作为研究对象，分为对照组和观察组，比较两组患儿的围手术期资料以及复发率等指标。结果：观察组各项指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)，差异具有统计学意义。结论：微型腹腔镜在小儿疝气治疗中不仅具有简单快捷的优势，而且具有切口比较小、患儿康复快的优势，因此其具有较高的临床推广价值。
