    【摘 要】目的：探讨无剖宫产指征初产妇行剖宫产手术分娩的临床原因。方法：选取2021年1月至2021年9月间我院收治的100例无剖宫产指征初产妇，随机分为Ⅰ组(n=50)和Ⅱ组(n=50)，Ⅱ组为自然分娩产妇，I组为剖宫产产妇；观察影响分娩的因素。结果：对比两组产妇的文化程度、职业、流产史、结婚时间、居住地、月收入，数据有差异(P<0.05)；对比两组产妇的负性情绪、恐惧疼痛心理、恐惧难产心理、认同剖宫产的安全性、恐惧合并其他疾病、对医师信任度，数据有差异(P<0.05)。结论：无剖宫产指征初产妇行剖宫产的原因在于害怕疼痛感，对自然分娩具有恐惧感，认为剖宫产的安全系数高，后续应多开展剖宫产的健康教育，降低剖宫产的发生率。
