    【摘 要】目的：分析產妇剖宫产护理中健康宣教护理的应用效果及对母婴结局的影响。方法：选取2020年7月至2021年7月于某院接受剖宫产产妇80例，采取数字1：1随机法分为参照组40例与研究组40例，参照组护理以常规护理为主，研究组在上述基础上实施健康宣教护理，对比两组产妇护理前后健康知识评分、护理满意度及母婴并发症发生率。结果：两组产妇护理前健康知识评分比较，无统计学差异(P>0.05)；护理后两组产妇评分均有所提升，研究组产妇健康知识评分明显高于参照组，有统计学差异(P<0.05)；研究组护理满意度为95.00%，参照组护理满意度为72.50%，研究组明显高于参照组，有统计学差异(P<0.05)；研究组母婴并发症发生率为12.50%，参照组母婴并发症发生率为35.00%，研究组明显低于参照组，有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：产妇剖宫产护理中应用健康宣教护理可促进产妇健康知识水平提升，提高护理满意度，改善母婴结局，效果显著。
