    【摘 要】目的：研究加速康复外科理念在妇科子宫切除手术患者护理中的应用价值。方法：选自2019年1月至2021年1月在妇科接受子宫切除术患者52例，遵从患者意愿分为两组，每组均有患者26例，对照组采取常规护理模式，研究组采取加速康复外科理念干预，观察两组出院后6个月SF-36评分(生活质量调查表评分)及并发症发生率。结果：护理干预后，研究组患者出院后6个月SF-36评分为(56.15±3.11)，并发症发生率为7.69%，均优于对照组，组间对比(P<0.05)讨论：在妇科护理中可广泛实行人性化护理，可缓解患者焦虑的不良心理，减少并发症的产生。
