    【摘 要】目的：分析针对子宫肌瘤患者开展围术期护理中应用护理干预模式的临床效果。方法：选取2019年1月至2020年12月子宫肌瘤手术患者89例，按护理模式分为，A组(护理干预)44例，B组(常规护理)45例，比较负性情绪、护理满意度。结果：负性情绪比较，A组焦虑[(23.26±4.07)分]轻于B组[(40.67±4.55)分]，A组抑郁[(24.35±4.11)分]轻于B组[(39.58±4.42)分](P<0.05)；满意度比较，A组[97.73%(43/44)]优于B组[75.56%(34/45)](P<0.05)。结论：实施护理干预可促进子宫肌瘤患者围术期负性情绪减弱，保持健康心态，有效提高护理满意度。
