    【摘 要】目的：探讨人文关怀护理在子宫肌瘤切除患者中的应用效果以及对患者心理状态的影响。方法：共收集70例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料，随机将患者分设为两组并实施不同的护理方案：35例给予常规护理，设为对照组；35例给予人文关怀护理，设为观察组，比较两组护理干预前后负性情绪评分、术后恢复情况以及护理满意度。结果：护理干预后，两组SAS、SDS评分均下降，观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)；与对照组相比，观察组术后排气时间、下床活动时间和住院时间均缩短(P<0.05)；观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。結论：对子宫肌瘤切除患者实施人文关怀护理能显著改善患者的负性情绪，促进患者术后康复，提高护理质量。
