    【摘 要】目的：观察温针灸结合注射玻璃酸钠治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节病的临床效果。方法：单双号随机分配法将2019年1月至12月收治的100例阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节病患者均分为两组。对照组注射玻璃酸钠注射液治疗；实验组用玻璃酸钠联合温针灸治疗。对比两组临床效果、膝关节功能、疼痛程度、半年随访复发率。结果：实验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比，实验组治疗后Lysholm膝关节评分明显升高，VAS评分和半年随访复发率明显下降(P<0.05)。结论：温针灸结合注射玻璃酸钠治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节病疗效确切，可促进关节功能恢复，缓解疼痛，预防疾病复发。
