    【摘 要】目的：分析心理治疗在青少年网络成瘾中的应用。方法：选择我院纳入的网络成瘾青少年作为观察对象，观察两种治疗方法对患者的心理状态及生活质量、治疗有效率的影响。结果：观察组患者IAT分值低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组患者SCSQ分值均较低，差异无统计学意义；干预3d，两组患者焦虑及抑郁评分对比(P>0.05)；干预30d后，观察组患者焦虑及抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对网络成瘾的青少年采取心理治疗，治疗有效率较高，该治疗方式具有临床应用价值。
