    【摘 要】目的：分析在社区高血压患者的干预当中，家庭保健员培养的效果。方法：选择社区卫生服务中心在2020年1月至12月日期内接待的60例高血压患者为对象，将所有患者随机均分成对照组(n=30)及分析组(n=30)，对照组患者接受常规干预，分析组患者接受家庭保健员培养干预，对两组患者接受不同方式干预前后的血压水平和生活质量进行比较。结果：分析组患者接受干预后的血压水平低于对照组，QOL得分更高，相关数据比较后存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：针对社区高血压患者的干预，家庭保健员培养的干预效果较好，值得推广。
