    【摘 要】目的：分析对于腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者运用手术室整体护理的临床价值。方法：对照组患者行手术室常规护理，观察组患者联合应用手术室整体护理。结果：观察组手术时间、失血量、术后排气时间以及住院天数较对照组更短(P<0.05)；观察组术后并发症发生率为2.63%低于对照组的13.16%(P<0.05)。结论：对于腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者运用手术室整体护理可缩短手术时间、加快术后康复并降低术后并发症发生率。
