    【摘 要】目的：研究慢性阻塞性肺部疾病康复期患者呼吸肌功能锻炼的护理效果。方法：选取2019年2月至2021年1月期间，在我院就诊的112例慢性阻塞性肺部疾病康复期患者，利用随机数字表法分实验组、参照组，各56例；参照组给予常规护理，实验组加行呼吸肌功能锻炼，统计两组肺功能指标及患者满意度。结果：护理干预后，实验组肺功能指标显著改善，护理满意度上升，均优于参照组，组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：对处于康复期的慢阻肺患者加强呼吸肌功能锻炼，能改善其呼吸功能，控制疾病进展，该法可在临床护理工作中推广运用。
