    【摘 要】目的：探究音乐放松疗法对机械通气治疗的重症肺炎(SP)患者睡眠质量和谵妄发生的影响。方法：随机将122例接受机械通气治疗的SP患者均分为两组。常规组接受常规治疗和护理；音乐组在对照组基础上给予音乐放松治疗护理。对比两组睡眠质量和谵妄发生情况。结果：音乐组护理后RCSQ评分和谵妄发生率明显低于常规组，谵妄持续时间明显短于常规组。结论：音乐放松疗法有助于改善机械通气治疗的SP患者睡眠质量，预防谵妄发生，缩短谵妄持续时间。
