    【摘 要】目的：分析在小体积良性前列腺增生患者的治疗中运用前列腺钬激光解剖性剜除术(HoLEP)或者前列腺电切术(TURP)进行治疗的临床价值。方法：观察组患者采用HoLEP术治疗，同期对照组应用TURP术治疗。结果：术前两组的PVR、IPSS、Qmax对比(P>0.05)，术后PVR、IPSS观察组较对照组更低，Qmax观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05)；术后并发症发生率观察组为5.41%，对照组为18.92%(P<0.05)。结论：对于小体积良性前列腺增生患者采用HoLEP术的治疗价值高于TURP术，前者更有利于改善患者的临床症状并降低术后并发症发生率。
