    【摘 要】目的：分析整体性护理用于高龄反流性食管炎患者的意义。方法：择我院64例患者，均经诊断为高龄反流性食管炎，按照摸球法分为对照组、观察组(n=32)，分别采用常规护理、整体性护理，分析护理意义。结果：观察组患者依从性、生活质量评分、满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：整体性护理用于高龄反流性食管炎患者具有积极作用，值得推广。
