    【摘 要】目的：探究优化急诊护理流程在急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者救治中的应用效果。方法：选取我院急诊科2019年1月至2021年2月救治的84例AIS患者作為研究对象，2019年1月至2020年1月(给予急诊常规护理)救治的42例患者为对照组，2020年2月至2021年2月(给予优化急诊护理)救治的42例患者为观察组。比较两组患者的应用效果。结果：观察组的分诊评估时间、静脉采血时间、静脉开通时间、从入门到出CT报告时间、DNT均短于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组护理满意高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：优化急诊护理流程应用于救治AIS患者，可减少院内的救治时间延误，能够缩短AIS患者急诊救治时间，提升医疗护理满意度，值得推广。
