    【摘 要】目的：浅析机械通气患者预防呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的集束化护理体会。方法：研究时间：2017年9月—2019年8月与2019年9月至2021年8月；研究对象：近几年各收治的30例机械通气患者；分组：甲组(应用集束化护理模式)与乙组(应用常规护理模式)各30例，评价两组护理效果。结果：甲组排痰后动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、血氧分压(PaO2)指标值高、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)指标值低、VAP发生率低(P<0.05)；甲组机械通气、ICU入住、住院时间均短于乙组(P<0.05)。结论：临床应用集束化护理模式干预可降低机械通气患者VAP发生率，改善血气指标。
