    【摘 要】目的：探究对老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者实施综合护理的效果。方法：将我院接收的80例患者进行分组，参比组予常规、实验组予综合护理。对比两组护理前后临床相关变化。结果：护理后，实验组临床效果、负性情绪均优于参比组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；护理前两组负性情绪相比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：针对本病予综合护理效果显著。
